How will a Design Workshop help with my project?
You’ll have up to 3 hours to sit-down with one of our Architects in your own home.
We’ll sketch out ideas together and discuss what you’re looking to achieve.
This is also an opportunity to ask our experienced team any questions you have.
You’ll come away from the meeting confident on how to capitalise on the opportunities of your home and make the best use of your budget.
What will happen next?
After the workshop we’ll follow up with all the information you’ll need to take the next steps with your builder:
- Sketch Plans
- Inspiration images
- Hand drawn sketch of how your project might look & feel
We’ll take some basic measurements to help us with these.
We think getting your project off to the right start is a worthwhile investment.
Our Design Workshop fixed fee from £780 + VAT includes the in-person workshop with one of our Architects, and a set of follow up plans and sketches.
Why wouldn’t I just get started with my builder?
Your builder is an expert in building but not in design.
This is where we come in.
It’s always worth taking the time to make a good plan, so that you can be sure you’re investing your time and money in the right changes.
Most builders will have done lots of projects, and may have a set way of doing things.
We do things differently in a way to suit you, and have the expertise to help you make the most of your space.
We’ll work with you on the key questions that form the basis of all projects.
