Sandall House
Alison and Jonathan had lived in their motorhome for 3 years so they were happy with compact living. They asked us to create a space that had a minimal footprint, was full of light and had a sense of space.
Built in the Rotherham green belt, the large glazed areas flood the building with light, while the high ceilings provide an added sense of space.
Cinderbridge Road
Mark and Clare asked us to turn their derelict cottage in the green belt into a light and spacious home that complemented the surrounding landscape. We worked within tight constraints to deliver a home that surpassed our client’s expectations despite its modest size.
Rustic Lea
We achieved a fantastic extension and remodel to the property that gives our clients a beautiful, comfortable and generous family home for life. Total space heating demand (despite the larger floor area) is less than 50% of the original.
In the Gildingwell’s conservation area in Rotherham, we’ve transformed the house from being the ugly duckling in the village to a building that is clearly modern but still sensitive to the characteristics of the site.
