Great to see the structure up at our extension & remodel project in Whirlow. This two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension which will provide additional space for an open plan, kitchen and living space with views across the garden.
Walkley road
After a slow start, things have really started to move in the last few months. The new timber frame extension in up and scaffolding removed. We’re now starting to get a glimpse of how it will look once it’s complete.
Hallam Grange Rise
The transformation of a cold, tired and dated house into a bright, modern home is well underway. Externally, the house is starting to look fantastic with fresh render providing added kerb appeal. The timber clad porch is now up and will create a really warm welcome to the new house when its finished.
Bruce Road
This extension and remodel project is nearing completion. The new extension is now up and the internal finishes are starting to come together. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished article in the next few weeks.
The Burrows
We got planning approved for this Paragraph 55 (Now Paragraph 84) self build project back in 2012. Things have ramped up in the last year and the house is nearly at a point where the clients are ready to move in. The home is designed to Passivhaus Standard and nestles in to the landscape to reduce it’s impact on the Green Belt.
Stamford Road
We’re maximising the development potential of our clients site in Oakham Conservation Area by demolishing an existing, poorly built house and constructing 2 large houses on the site instead. The foundations have been made and good progress is being made with the block work.
