We’ve had a really busy start to the year with some exciting projects in the works. Here’s a preview of what we’ve been working on recently.
Ranmoor Cliffe Road, Sheffield
We’ve been helping Dave & Lucy extend their Arts & Crafts style home in Ranmoor. They want to make space for their growing family with some modern additions.
Their project has just been submitted for planning.
Den Bank Drive, Sheffield
Our Practice Director Alan’s home transformation has been progressing. He’s moving back in this month but still has plenty to do internally!
The exterior is starting to take shape with his timber cladding being fitted next month.
Cranford Hall, Barnsley
We’ve been helping Terence & Christine to imagine how they’ll create a new home for themselves in their garden.
This is a tricky site with several listed buildings surrounding so we’ve just submitted this for a pre-application with the Council. We hope to hear back soon!
Brooklands Crescent, Sheffield
James & Kim’s dormer extension is progressing well under the watchful eye of Claire. The contractors have done a great job despite the terrible weather to get the shell built. They’ve moved onto the interior but we’re looking forward to seeing the zinc cladding installed next month.
Cliffefield Road, Sheffield
We received planning for this lovely little, timber clad extension in Sheffield late in 2019. We’ve worked up our construction drawings and are helping our clients to find the right builder so they can start transforming their home soon.
Chantrey Road, Sheffield
In December we received the good news that our proposal to convert Pat’s outbuildings into two new homes was approved. We made the most of his tricky conversion by creating big light wells at the rear of what was a dark and dingy outbuilding.
We’re hoping to help Pat get started with the build later this year.
Brattleby, Lincolnshire
Lee & Jaclyn are pleased the timber frame shell is almost complete for their new-build home. They now have a real sense of the size and spaces.
We’re working hard with them and their builder to get the project finished before Autumn.
Rustic Lea, Gildingwells
Mo’s been busy finalising the construction drawings for Daniel & Amanda’s home renovation in the green belt. The side elevation has come together – massively improving the look of their tired home and also opening up views to the surrounding countryside.
We’re now helping them to find the right builder.
Worrall Drive, Sheffield

We were pleased to receive these images of Rich & Jane’s completed self-build extension. They’re enjoying the new space and we’re delighted with how this little job has turned out.
