Option 1: Project preparation meeting
1.5 hr video or in-person meeting with an experienced Architect
£195 + VAT
Prioritise your ideas, clarify your vision and find out what you’ll need to get your project started.
During the meeting we’ll:
- Understand what the key things you want to achieve from your project are
- Review the constraints and opportunities your site/existing home offers you
- Help you to understand how much your project will cost and if can you afford to do the work
- Check your ideas are feasible
- Help you to understand what you should do next
- Outline what the process is and how long will it take
- Discuss if you will need planning permission or not
- Give you an idea of who else you will need to work with

2 – 3 hr video or in-person meeting with an experienced Architect

Be inspired, educated and informed. And clearly visualise how you might tackle your project.
In addition to the items covered during a Project Preparation Meeting we’ll also:
- Explore your site/home’s constraints in more detail, illustrated with live sketching
- Make some recommendations about how you might approach your project to meet your needs and make the most of any site constraints, illustrated with live sketching
